Hands down - best chinese food in SCV !

1/18/08 - Best chinese food in SCV. You really need to know what to order. everytime i go, i hear ppl ordering orange chicken or some other dish that their familiar from panda express lol. you need to try the house special shrimp, salt & pepper squid, and sole fish fillet. the portions are great, and the price is really fair. no other chinese restaurants in the area compares to A&B. there are actual CHINESE CHEFS and they are really quick and the food always tastes fresh ( not cheap like the cheap ingredients at pick up stix and panda... ). they also have live lobster/crabs and dim sum, but this normally takes longer b/c they have to steam it.
